General Information:
The goal of this program is to prevent the spread of the HIV disease through
education and testing.
Services
We offer HIV screenings either in-person or over the phone for anyone living in the following counties:
Allen, Auglaize, Champaign, Hancock, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Paulding, Putnam, Shelby and Van Wert counties.
If you are considered High Risk for HIV from the screening process, a free HIV test will be offered. Results are available within 20 minutes.
