In the past, Creating Healthy Communities has partnered with WE BIKE, etc. to assist with the implementation of a Pedestrian and Bicycle Law Enforcement Training Program to help improve pedestrian and bicycle safety across Allen County.

In 2018 a series of in-person seminars were held to enhance the skills of law enforcement professionals in relation to laws to help prevent bicyclist and pedestrian injuries and fatalities.

It provides a quick and easy reference to the pertinent pedestrian, bicycle and motorist laws affecting pedestrian and bicyclist safety. If you are participating law enforcement, please print, copy and distribute this brochure to all of your officers.
